平菇菌糠发酵生产沼气技术研究

摘    要:以平菇菌糠为原料,通过排水集气法研究其产沼气能力,结果表明,调整菌糠有机负荷为6%~8%,C/N为(24~26)/1,初始pH值7.0~7.5,沼气池污泥为接种物。其产气总量、产气率和有机质利用率均比优化前显著提高,与牛粪为原料的沼气产气量相当,完全可以作为沼气发酵原料。

Abstract:The research on the capability of residue of Pleurotus ostreatus producing the biogas by anaerobic fermentation were tested. The results showed that the total biogas production and utilization of organic matter significantly increased if the residue of Pleurotus ostreatus being adjusted organic load to 6%-8%, C / N to (24-26) /1, initial pH to 7.0-7.5, made digester sludge as inoeulum. The biogas production capability was no significant difference between residue of Pleurotus ostreatus and cow manure as raw material.
