湿式多盘制动器制动噪声建模的研究

摘    要:为了降低湿式多盘制动器的制动噪声,针对湿式多盘制动器的工作特性,建立了湿式多盘制动器制动时的数学模型,应用模态分析方法研究了湿式多盘制动器制动噪声产生的机理,提出了防治制动噪声的具体措施。

Abstract:To reduce the braking noise from wet multiple disc brakes a mathematical model for the braking process was developed, and the formulae for the production of braking noise were derived by the modal analysis method. The mechanisms of the noise generation from the brake and the effects of the braking noise were studied by the model. As the results of above works practical means of braking noise reduction were recommended.
