摘    要:针对史氏鲟鱼人工养殖中药物重金属残留问题,精确测定重金属残留的安全浓度对史氏鲟鱼的养殖就尤为重要,试验研究了Cu2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Pb2+四种重金属离子对史氏鲟稚鱼的急性毒性。选择28日龄史氏鲟稚鱼为试验鱼,配制一定浓度梯度的硫酸铜、硫酸锌、氯化镉、硝酸铅化学纯母液,采用静水法测定Cu2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Pb2+对史氏鲟稚鱼的24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h的LC50(半数致死浓度)、LC100(绝对致死浓度)和安全浓度。研究结果得出Cu2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Pb2+四种重金属离子对史氏鲟稚鱼安全质量浓度(SC)为:0.003 8 mg·L-1、0.091 3mg·L-1、0.028 2 mg·L-1、0.285 4 mg·L-1。

Study on Acute Toxicity Test of Four Heavy Metal Ions to the Juvenile Acipenser schrenckii Fish

Abstract:It is very important to determine the residual safe concentration of heavy metals in the juvenile Acipenser schrenckii fish accurately for the breeding. We studied the acute toxicity of four heavy metal ions,Cu^2+,Cd^2+,Zn2 +and Pb2 +,to the juvenile A. schrenckii fish. 28 days old juvenile A. schrenckii fishes for testing were treated by a certain concentration gradient of copper sulfate,zinc sulfate,chloride cadmium and lead nitrate. The hydrostatic method was adopted to assess LC50(the half lethal concentration). LC100(absolute lethal concentration) and safe concentration of Cu^2+,Cd^2+,Zn2 +and Pb2 +to juvenile A. schrenckii for24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h. The results showed that SC to juvenile A. schrenckii Fish of Cu^2+,Cd^2+,Zn2 +,Pb2 +are 0. 003 8 mg·L^-1,0. 091 3 mg·L^-1,0. 028 2 mg·L^-1and 0. 285 4 mg·L^-1,respectively.
