摘    要:为了建立烤烟烟叶标准等级数据库,实现烤烟烟叶的自动分级。本文以图像处理技术为基础,以已知等级的烤后烟叶为图像素材,通过提取烟叶样本颜色特征,得到了烟叶颜色特征数据。在此基础上研究了烟叶等级标准图像合成算法,并建立了烟叶标准等级数据库。结果表明,RGB颜色模型下对R、G、B分量进行处理后合成的烟叶等级标准图像,与烟叶实际人工分级的吻合率达到90%,符合实际分级合格标准且与烟叶分级专家判定一致,为烟叶分级自动化研究提供了前期技术依据和量化方法。

The Tobacco Grade Standard Image Synthesis Algorithm Based on Image Processing Method

Abstract:In order to realize the automatic grading of flue - cured tobacco leaves, a database about the stand- ard grade of flue - cured tobacco leaves was established in the present work. Based on the image processing technology, color characterization dataset of tobacco was constructed by extracting the sample color teatures from leaves with the known roast levels, subsequently the database of standard grades of tobacco was estab- lished. The result showed that, tobacco grade standard pictures synthesized by the R, G, B components ac- cording to the RGB color model were better consistent with that by artificial classification, and the consistency was as high as 90% . Also it was in agreement with that by expert judgment. The obtained method provides a preliminary technical basis for automatic grading of flue - cured tobacco.
