红锥家系苗期变异与初步选择的研究

摘    要:通过对红锥46个家系的苗期性状进行测定,分析比较苗期性状遗传变异,并初步选择,结果表明:红锥不同家系的苗期差异主要由苗高、地径和生物量比决定,苗高、地径和生物量比的广义遗传力分别为89.74%、77.66%和72.26%,遗传变异系数分别为7.96%、12.92%和9.40%。利用系统聚类法将红锥家系划分出优、良、中、差4个等级组,其中优良组的家系有11个(种源均为福建华安),序号分别为22、23、25、38、39、40、41、42、20、21、24,其苗高、地径与生物量比的平均值大于群体平均值,苗高平均值29.91cm,地径平均值0.547cm,生物量比的平均值1.90,通过遗传增益计算,苗高、地径与生物量比的遗传增益分别为23.84%~69.02%、19.36%~58.80%和11.84%~44.11%。

Study on Variation and Preliminary Selection among the Families of Castanopsis hystrix Seedling

Abstract:Through the measurement of seedling traits among the 46 families of Castanopsis hystrix that were collected from its main distribution area, seedling traits of genetic variation were analyzed and compared, pre- liminary selection were carried out. The results showed that the main differences among families are decided by seedling height, ground diameter and biomass ratio, parameter estimation of quantitative inheritance showed broad heritability of seedling height is 89.74% , genetic variation coefficient is 7.96% ; Broad herita- bility of ground diameter is 77.66% , genetic variation coefficient is 12.92% ; Broad heritability of biomass ratio is 72. 26% , genetic variation coefficient is 9.40%. The families of C. hystrix are divided into 4 grade group , excellent, good, middle, poor by using hierarchical cluster analysis, the eleven serial number of excellent and good groups is 22, 23, 25, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 20, 21, 24. In these families the average value of seedling height, ground diameter and biomass ratio is greater than the population average value, the average value of seedling height is 29.91 cm, ground diameter is 0. 547 cm. biomass ratio is 1.90. The genetic gain of seedling height, ground diameter and biomass ratio is 23.84% - 69.02% , 19.36% 58.80% and 11.84% - 44. 11% .
