天蓝冰草和八倍体小冰麦对大麦黄矮病毒抗性的研究

摘    要: 本文对天蓝冰草的两个变种——蓝色变种、茸毛变种,6种八倍体小冰麦——中1、中2、中3、中4、中5(中4无芒)和苏联多年生小麦及其亲本进行了抗大麦黄矮病毒(BYDV)的研究。试验中使用了GAV、GPV和PAV等3个BYDV株系。试验分别在温室和田间进行。结果表明,天蓝冰草的两个变种对BYDV免疫;6种八倍体小冰麦对BYDV都有抗性,其中中3、中4、中5和苏联多年生小麦高抗BYDV,中1和中2的抗性低于上述4种。在相同条件下,八倍体小冰麦的亲本小麦对BYDV均无抗性,说明八倍体小冰麦的抗性均来自天蓝冰草。 由于已知八倍体小冰麦中1和中2带有基本相同的天蓝冰草染色体组,而中3、中4和中5带有相同的天蓝冰草染色体组,苏联多年生小麦携带的天蓝冰草染色体组既不同于中2的,也不同于中3的,可能是另一个天蓝冰草染色体组。所以可以推测天蓝冰草对BYDV的抗性是由分布在3个染色体组中的多基因控制的。但3个染色体组所决定的抗性水平不同,其中的两个染色体组,即中3、中4、中5所携带的天蓝冰草染色体组和苏联多年生所携带的天蓝冰草染色体组抗性水平较高。另一个染色体组,即中1和中2所携带的天蓝冰草染色体组抗性水平较低。

A STUDY ON RESISTANCE TO BARLEY YELLOW DWARF VIRUS IN A GROPYRON INTERMEDIUM AND OCTOPLOID WHEAT-WHEATGRASS

Abstract:Two varieties of Agropyron intermedium var. genuinum and var. villosum, six octoploid wheat-wheatgrassas Zhong 1,Zhong 2, Zhong 3, Zhong 4, Zhong 5 (without awn Zhong 4 ), Su and their parental wheat were studied for their resistance to barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV). The experiments were carried out in greenhouse and field and three BYDV strains, GAV, GPV and PAV were used The results indicated that the two varieties of A. intermedium were immune to BYDV. All of the six octoploid wheat-wheatgrasses showed resistance to BYDV. Four of the six octophloid wheat-wheatgrasses, i. e., Zhong 3, Zhong 4, Zhong 5 and Su showed high level of resistance to BYDV.The other two, Zhong 1 and Zhong 2 showed lower level of resistance to BYDV than those of the four octoploid wheat-wheatgrasses However, the parental wheat of the octonploid wheat-wheatgrass were all susceptible to BYDV under the (?)ame condition. Therefore, it was determined that the octoploid wheat-wheatgrass resistance to BYDV was derived from A. intermedium.It has been konwn that the octoploid wheat-wheatgrusses Zhoug 1 und Zhung 2 carry basically the same genome from A. intermedium, while Zhong 3, Zhong 4 and Zhong 5 carry another same genome from A. intermedium, and the A. intermedium genuine carried by Su is different from both of Zhong 2 and Zhong 3. So it is that the resistance to BYDV in A. intermedium is controlled by multiple genes which are distributed in different 3 genomes, and the resistance levels to BYDV are different among the genomes, i. e., the two genomes carried by Zhong 3, Zhong 4,Zhong 5 and Su control high level of resistance, while the other genome carried by Zhong 1 and Zhong 2 control lower level of resistance than those or the two genomes.
