| 摘 要： | 笔者探讨了深入开展产学研合作教育培养具有创新精神、实践能力和创业魄力的水产养殖应用型人才的模式，并对育人效果进行了综合分析。具体做法，合作教育基地或校外教学基地（企业）的选择与建设，生产实习体系和毕业论文体系的创建及其内容更新；产学研合作教育的实施方式：专业教师兼任企业的技术顾问，产学研合作开展生产实习、本科毕业生论文及硕士论文和开展科学研究与开发；产学研合作教育效果：全面推动了该校水产养殖学科的教育教学改革和建设，提高了育人质量，全面带动了合作企业的建设与发展。

| Abstract: | This article explores the deep development of the Industry - University - Research cooperative education to cultivate aquaculture application talents with innovation spirit, practical ability and entrepreneurial courage, and elaborates the effect of this educational mode on cultivating student. Teaching bases in cooperative enterprise or outside school should be selected and built, and the systems, both of students＇ production practice and graduation thesis, can be created and the systemic content timely updated. On the base of above, let professional teachers hold concurrently enterprise technical advisers, meanwhile develop production practice, graduation thesis and master degree thesis, as well as seientifie researeh and exploitation in the Industry - University - Research cooperative education, so that to achieve the desired results, to promote transformation of education and teaching construction on our university＇s aquacultural discipline, to improve the quality of teaching and studying and to drive cooperative enterprise＇s eanstruetian and development. |
