| 摘 要： | 本文根据吉林省的实践，提出了农村城市化具有区域性、阶段性和层次性。不同情况的市、镇，按照规模、功能、水平，有计划地协调发展，实行多种模式，建出特色。建设农村城市化，农村市镇是重点，农民是主体。农村城市化要建立在发达的农业和农村经济的基础上，发挥区位优势，资源优势，大力发展乡镇企业、农村工业是农村城市化建设的重要途径。

| Abstract: | This paper raised that urbanization of village have regional, stage and gradation. The city and town of different condition have to coordinated growth on the basis of scale, function and level. The city and town of village was focal point and the peasant was main body in constract urbanization of village. An important way of constract urbanization of village were develop town and township enterprises and countryside industry. |
