作物生长模型PGROWTH微气象模块的实验验证

摘    要:以生长在中国科学院禹城综合实验站的蒸散计里的小麦和玉米为材料,测定和收集了运行生长模型PGROWTH所需的参数,对小麦和玉米分别进行了四天和两天运算,将从北京时间6:00到18:00每两小时观察一次的蒸散,气温和各种辐射与相应的计算结果做了对比,结果表明上述各测定的模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好。

Abstract:The PGROWTH model is mechanistic and well structured1], and each subrout-ine of it covers a separate physical or physiological process and can be run separately to give meaningful outputs which can be checked with experimental data. By changing the functions rep-resenting stomatal conductance into a variable dependent on soil water potential (equations 5 and 6) and inputting the parameters needed for its microclimate module and measured for wheat and maize grown on a 3 m2 lysimeter at Yucheng station, the model was then run for four and two days for wheat and maize, respectively. Evapotranspiration, air and canopy temperatures, as well as direct and diffuse radiation were measured at every two hours from 6:00, to 18:00. The simu-lated and measured values of these variables were found to agree reasonably well.
