嗜水气单胞菌脂多糖对乌鳢抗氧化性能及其他生理功能的影响

摘    要:以乌鳢为试料.研究灭活嗜水气单胞菌脂多糖(LPS)对其抗氧化性能、免疫功能及消化功能的影响.试验结果表明嗜水气单胞菌LPS能提高乌鳢的抗氧化性能、免疫功能及消化功能,但不同浓度脂多糖的生理作用不同,0.8mg/ml组可提高乌鳢的抗氧化性能:在第10天时血液CAT酶活力达O.17U、SOD酶活力为16.56U/mg,均比对照(cK)组的高0.6mg/ml嗜水气单胞菌脂多糖能提高乌鳢血液溶菌酶、胃肠道淀粉酶、蛋白酶的活力:0.6mg/ml组LPS处理的乌鳢血液溶菌酶活力到第20天时为最高,达到0.0399U,在第lO天时,淀粉酶活力为17.21U,蛋白酶活力为0.36U,均高于对照组.

Abstract:The effects of LPS of Aeromonas hydrophila on anti-oxidation function immune function digestion function of ophiocephalusargus were improved under the LPS of Aeromonas hydrophila;The different density embroiders of LPS to Ophiocephalusargus''s oxidation resistance performance, the immunologic function and the digestion function enhancement effect existence difference, The anti-oxidation function of ophiocephalusargus were improved under the treatment of 0.8mg/ml LPS of Aeromonas hydrophila.After the 10st day the time in the blood of Ophiocephalusargus, the activities of the CAT enzyme in the blood of Ophiocephalusargus was 0.17U and SOD was 16.56U, they were higher than the treatment of cK.The activities of bacteriolysin vigor in the blood, the amylase and the proteinase vigor in the gastro-interstinal tract were improved under 0.6mg/ml LPS treatment, After the 20st day, the activities of bacteriolysin vigor in the blood of ophiocephalusargus was the highest, it was up to 0.399U, After the 10st day, the activities of the amylase was 17.21U and the activities of the proteinase vigor was 0.36U, they were higher than the treatment of cK.
