我国西兰花应用价值及生产、出口前景分析

摘    要:概述了西兰花的营养价值和药用价值,并对其生产、出口情况进行了分析.结果表明:西兰花的蛋白质含量是白菜花的2倍;维生素A含量分别是白菜花和蕃茄的240倍和6倍;钙的含量是蕃茄的2倍.西兰花具有防癌抗癌的功效.中国西兰花对日出口的数量和价格都不及美国.因此,有必要探索出适合中国西兰花生产、管理和标准等一系列有效措施.

Overview of Applicable Value and Production and Export Prospect of Chinese Broccoli

Abstract:This paper reviewed the nutrition and medicinal uses of broccoli as well as its production and exportation in China.The data showed that protein content of broccoli is two folder of cauliflowers;its VA is 240 times and 6 times higher than cauliflower''s and tomato''s, respectively;its calcium is twice as much as tomato''s.In addition, broccoli could be used to prevent from and defend cancers.Compared to the US, the amount and price that broccoli was exported from China to Japan was lower.So, it is necessary to develop and establish approaches of broccoli production, management and standards suitable to China in order to make higher profits out of broccoli exportation.
