摘 要: | 为进一步挖掘优异资源,为小麦品质育种提供基础材料,2006-2007年连续2年在扬州对261份中国小麦微核心和54份应用核心种质的蛋白质含量和微量SDS沉降值进行了测定.结果表明,中国小麦微核心和应用核心种质的蛋白质含量和微量SDS沉降值都存在较大的变异,微量SDS沉降值的变异系数高于蛋白质含量.分别从中筛选出25份低蛋白质含量和12份低微量SDS沉降值的种质.其中4份种质可确定为优质弱筋种质,可作为弱筋小麦育种的优质资源加以利用.

Abstract: | Elite germplasm resource is the base of wheat breeding. The protein quality of 261 Chinese mini-core collection germplasms and 54 application-core collection germplasms were identified in 2006 and 2007 in Yangzhou. 19 germplasms with low protein content and 12 germplasms with low SDS-sedimentation value were screened out, 4 of them could be determined as high quality weak gluten germplasms, and be used in weak gluten wheat breeding. |
