摘    要:通过对北京市门头沟、房山、延庆、昌平、密云、怀柔、平谷7个区(县)24条山洪泥石流重点沟道的野外调查,了解泥石流危险区的社会和经济发展的最新动态,结合1998年北京山区山洪泥石流调查资料进行对比分析,以期为北京市政府制订科学的山洪泥石流灾害防治体系、对山区进行合理开发和建设、确保2008年北京奥运会的顺利举行提供科学的决策依据。结果表明,北京山区山洪泥石流灾害的潜在危险仍然比较严重,居民对泥石流灾害防治认识不足、重视不够,过度的山区经济开发活动以及村庄建设缺乏科学规划是加大北京山区泥石流潜在威胁的主要原因。在此基础上提出了北京山区泥石流灾害防治的8项对策。
