| 摘 要： | 以翅果油树试管苗为试材,研究了影响其生根的一些因子。结果表明:单独使用IBA和NAA时,IBA含量为1.5mg·l-1时的生根率为52%,NAA含量为0.5mg·l-1时的生根率为48%,当IBA和NAA配合使用时,有一定的增效作用,生根率可达56%,最佳浓度配比为IBA1.0+NAA0.05。以蔗糖浓度在25～30g·l-1时,生根效果最理想。

| Abstract: | In this work,the culture factors which affect rooting were studies in tissue culture of Elaeagms mollis. .The results indicate when IBA is 1.5 mg?l-1,the rooting rate is as high as 52%,and when NAA is 0.5 mg?l-1,the rate is 48%.But,the combined result of IBA and NAA is better than that of IBA or NAA by single,IBA1.0 and NAA0.05 is the best combination,which can improve rooting rate to 56%.To 1/2MS medium, the most appropriate range of concentration of sucrose is from 25 g?l-1 to 30 g?l-1,the root formation ... |
