玉米生育期内土壤微生物量碳和酶活性动态变化的特征

摘    要:采用大田试验法研究了玉米生育期内土壤微生物量碳和酶活性动态变化特征。结果表明:玉米播种后,土壤微生物量碳、脲酶、磷酸酶、纤维素酶和转化酶活性迅速上升,约在播种后60d达到最大值,然后开始下降,约在播种后90d出现低谷,随后缓慢上升,约在播种后115d出现第2个小峰值,然后平稳下降。几种处理相比较,以玉米根茬留田+NPK处理的土壤微生物量碳和各类酶活性为最大。

Abstract:The dynamic changes of soil microbial biomass Carbon (C) and soil enzyme activities during growth of corn were studied in field experiment. The results showed that microbial biomass C and the enzyme activities in soil increased rapidly and reached a maximum about 60 days after sowing; decreased and had a minimum value about 90 days after sowing; then increased slowly and reached the second peak about 115 days after sowing and gradually decreased.The microbial biomass C and the activities of urease,phosphatase,cellulase and invertase in soil were the highest in the treatment with corn stubble remaining plus application of NPK.
