纤维素乙酰化改性研究

摘    要:以棉纤维为原料,乙酸酐为共反应剂,浓硫酸为催化剂,在冰醋酸体系中对纤维素进行乙酰化改性制得纤维素乙酸酯;对反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量与产物取代度(DS)的关系进行分析;对产物的官能团、微细构造和热稳定性采用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热重分析(TGA)等3种分析手段进行表征。结果表明,当反应温度为90℃,反应时间为4 h,催化剂用量为0.5%时,产物的DS最大;产物中存在大量酯基;与纤维素相比,由于乙酰基的存在,纤维素乙酸酯的结晶度有所下降且热稳定性增强。

Abstract:Cellulose acetate was obtained from cotton pulp in the system of glacial acetic acid with acetic anhydride as co-reactant and high concentration H2SO4 as catalys.Three factors,including reaction temperature,reaction time and level of catalyst,each having 5 levels,were chosen to investigate their effects on degree of substitution(DS) of the cellulose acetate.The functional groups,micro structure and thermostability of the cellulose acetate were characterized using infrared spectrometer(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermo gravimetric analyzer(TGA).The results suggested that the optimum reaction conditions(reaction at 90 ℃ and 0.5% of catalyst level for 4 hours) could lead to the highest DS of cellulose acetate.Infrared spectra analysis confirmed the existence of abundant ester in the reaction product.The XRD suggested that,compared with cellulose,the degree of crystallinity in the cellulose acetate was reduced due to the existence of acetyl,consequently,the thermal stability of cellulose acetate was improved.
