| 摘 要： | 锰元素是禽类所需重要元素之一,对其繁殖、胚胎发育和骨骼生长有重要的影响,本试验主要研究不同剂量锰元素对贵妃鸡繁殖水平的影响。结果显示饲料中添加锰对贵妃鸡产蛋量有明显提高,在繁殖早期对受精率也有不同程度的提高。根据我们的试验结果,当饲料中的锰离子浓度达到179. 38 mg/kg时,可以维持70%以上的出壳率和60%以上的存活率,并对贵妃鸡的产蛋量、受精数、出壳率、存活率均有明显提高,为贵妃鸡等雉类动物的合理饲料添加提供参考。

| Abstract: | development and bone growth in domestic chicken.The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of different Manganese levels on the reproduction of Royal chicken.The addition of manganese to feed significantly increases egg yield and increased the rate of fertilization during the early period of reproduction.According to our results,the hatching rate was>70%and the survival reached 60%at a manganese concentration of 179.38 mg/kg in diet.Egg yield,egg fertilization rate,hatch rate,and survival all increased.These results might provide guidance for design of improved feed formulas for members of the Phasianidae family such as Royal chicken. |
