应激大鼠视上核一氧化氮阳性神经元的变化及其针刺的影响

摘    要:目的:观察应激致血压升高大鼠视上核一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的变化及针刺足三里的影响,以探讨应激升压和针刺降压的中枢机制.方法:SD雄性大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、应激组和针刺组,每组30只.选用刺激脉冲随机变动的足底电击结合噪声刺激建立应激动物模型,对针刺组大鼠行疏密两种波针刺足三里.观察和比较各组大鼠下丘脑视上核一氧化氮合酶阳性细胞的形态、分布并进行计数.结果:应激降低大鼠视上核一氧化氮阳性神经元数量,视上核内一氧化氮合酶阳性细胞数在针刺组明显高于应激组(P<0.05).结论:应激使大鼠血压升高,视上核一氧化氮阳性神经元数量减少,针刺可能通过增加应激大鼠视上核一氧化氮阳性神经元数量而产生降压作用.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) to bilateral "Zusanli" on diaphorase(NOS) positive neurons in supraoptic nuclei(SON) in stressed rats.Methods:Set up stressed model,Then EA bilateral "Zusanli".The distribution of NOS in the SON of EA group and stressed group was observed by NADPH-diaphorase histochemical method.the morphdogy,distribution and the number of NOS positive neurous of the SON were examined and quantified under microscope.The gray level of the positive cells was determined with image analysor.Results: The number of NOS postive neurous in the SON nuclei of EA group was more than that of stressed group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that Stress can decrease the number of positive neurous in the SON nuclei of rats and EA can increase the number of positive neurous in the SON nuclei of stressed rats.
