鱼类摄食量的研究方法

摘    要:鱼类摄食量的评估通常包括对个体摄食量的评估和对种群摄食量的评估。前者主要有室内直接测定法、基于消化道内含物的方法、生物能量学方法、化学污染物质量平衡法以及根据耗氧量间接计算法等5类方法。后者有生物能量学方法和多元回归模型。

Abstract:Methods for quantification of food consumption in fish were reviewed in this paper. Estimation of food consumption of a fish species is gene rally required at individual and/or population levels. The methods for quantific ation at individual level may be described under five broad categories: direct m easurement under laboratory conditions, estimation from digestive tract content, estimation based on energy budget, estimation using chemical contamination mass balance methods, and indirect estimation from oxygen consumption. Food consumpt ion at population levels may be assessed using bioenergetics model and multiple regression model.
