摘    要:比较了雌雄蚕的性状差异,指出了控制蚕性比的重要意义和专养雄蚕的优越性。通过杂交(回交)和标记性状选择等技术,已把引进种的性别控制基因,包括平衡致互帮限制卵色基因转育到我国的实用蚕品种中,育成了性连锁平衡致死新品种和限性卵色新品种。筛选出地优良的雄蚕杂交组合,在农村专养雄蚕获得了成功:雄蚕率达到99%,鲜茧出丝率显著提高。最后,作者指出了推广雄蚕品种、专养雄蚕所面临的问题,并提出了解决这些问题的相应

Abstract:Comparing the character difference of female and male. silkworm, the authors pointed out the significance of silkworm sex-ratio control and the superior of single male rearing. Based on the technology of hybridization and labeled character selection, etc., the sex-control genes of the introduced varieties, including balanced lethal genes and sex-limited egg color genes were transferred to the Chinese practical silkworm races. And the new races of sex-linked and balanced lethal and sex-limited egg color had been bred. Several hybridized combinations of male silkworm had been screened and the single male rearing had achieved success in the countryside. The rate of male silkworm reached 99% with high raw silk percentage of fresh cocoons. At last, the authors pointed out the problems faced with the popularization of male silkworm race and simple male rearing and also suggested the way for overcoming.
