摘    要:以狗牙根成熟种子为外植体,以N6为基本培养基,研究不同浓度2,4 D和6 BA组合对狗牙根愈伤组织诱导与分化的影响。结果表明:(1)1mg/L的2,4 D对愈伤组织诱导有很大的促进作用;(2)种胚愈伤组织的诱导宜采用N6+1mg/L2,4 D+0.7mg/L6 BA的培养基;(3)愈伤组织的分化缓慢,1mg/L2,4 D+0.7mg/L6 BA培养基所产生的愈伤组织分化情况较好。

Abstract:The effect of acetic acid (2,4-D)and 6-benzylamino purine (6-BA) at different concentration on callus induction of tall fescue was studied with N6 medium and the results shown that: 1) 2,4-D could improve the callus formation greatly under concentration of 1mg/L; 2)the proper culture medium for embryo callus induction was N6+1mg/L 2,4-D+0.7mg/L 6-BA;3) calli differentiation developed slowly, the differentiation of the callus inducted on N6+1mg/l 2,4-D+ 0.7mg/l 6-BA proceeded better.
