| 摘 要： | 锤片式粉碎机的设计参数对脱胚破碎指标的影响很大。本研究用锤片式破碎机对干玉米进行破碎，将锤片数量、筛孔直径、锤片的旋转速度和锤筛间隙作为试验因素，经单因素性能试验和正交试验后，再对试验结果进行了处理和分析，得到最佳参数组合，并将其直接应用于挤压膨化食品加工过程中。

| Abstract: | The relation between property of hammer crusher and property of separation and breaking was studied. In the experiment of hammer crusher use the parmeters selected are hammer crusher, diameter of sieve hole, hammer speed, gap between hammer and sieve. A series of single factor and orthogonelity experiments on the utilization of wet maize were made, the experimental results were analyzed for attaining the optimum parameters which can be directly applied in the processing of extruding production. |
