摘    要:以改性工业木质素和木纤维为原料,采用高速混合一平板热压的技术路线,制备环保型纤维板。单因素正交试验分析发现:木铵填料量、板坯含水率、热压时间、热压温度对材料各项物理力学性能均有不同程度的影响,优化确定的工艺参数为:氧化改性木质素磺酸铵填料量25%、板坯含水率20%、热压时间7min、热压温度170℃;在此工艺条件下制备的材料物理力学性能达到GB/T11718--2009《中密度纤维板》的要求。

Abstract:Eco-friendly fiberboard was made by high-speed mixing and hot pressing technical route with wood fibers and modified industrial lignin as basic raw material. The results of orthogonal tests and single factor tests showed that the physical and mechanical properties of the products were influenced to a certain degree by the filler amount, and the moisture content of slab, hot pressing time duration, and the hot pressing temperature. The optimal parameters obtained were 25% of oxidation modified ammonium lignosulfonate as the filling dosage, with 20% of mat moisture content, the raw materials were hot pressed for 7 min at 170℃, respectively. The mechanical properties of the material made under these processing parameters met the requirements of national standardG B/T 11718 - 2009 for medium-density fiberboard.
