摘    要:利用扫描电镜技术对仓储害虫白腹皮蠹(Dermestes maculatus Degeer)和拟白腹皮蠹(D.fris-chii kugelann)触角感器进行了比较观察研究。结果表明:2种害虫的触角均由柄节、梗节和鞭节3部分组成,共11节。2种蠹虫均观察到4类7种感器,为毛形感受器(ST)、刺形感器Ⅰ、刺形感器Ⅱ、刺形感器Ⅲ、锥形感器Ⅰ、锥形感器Ⅱ、B?hm氏鬃毛;通过比较2种蠹虫的触角感器,讨论了其可能的功能及在分类学中的应用。

Study on the Microstructure of Antennal Sensilla of Two Stored-grain Insects(Coleoptera)
Abstract:In this study,we observed the Dermestes maculatus Degeer and Dermestes fris-chii kugelann by scanning electron microscope. In the observation,both species were consist of a scape,a pedical and a flagellum,totally 11 segments. Through the observation of the two species,4 categories of antennal sensilla including 7 types were founded. They were designted sensilla chaeticaⅠ,sensilla chaeticaⅡ,sensilla chaeticaⅢ,sensilla basiconicaI,sensilla basiconicaⅡ,sensilla trichodea and Bhm bristles. In this paper,by comparing the two species of antennal sensilla we discussed the probable functions and the applications in taxonomy.
