荷斯坦奶牛和藏系绵羊不同怀孕期血清羟脯氨酸含量的测定

摘    要:目的]探讨奶牛和绵羊血清羟脯氨酸含量在不同怀孕期的变化规律。方法]采用氯胺-T比色法,对33头荷斯坦奶牛和29只藏系绵羊不同怀孕期血清羟脯氨酸含量进行了测定。结果]所有奶牛和绵羊不同怀孕期血清羟脯氨酸含量均在正常范围内,但怀孕中期的奶牛血清羟脯氨酸含量明显低于未怀孕、怀孕前期和怀孕后期(P<0.05);怀孕中期的绵羊血清羟脯氨酸含量亦略低于未怀孕、怀孕前期和怀孕后期(P>0.05)。结论]奶牛和绵羊血清羟脯氨酸含量在怀孕中期呈下降趋势。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the change regular of serum hydroxyproline content of cow and sheep in different period of pregnancy.Method] 33 Holstein cows and 29 Tibet-sheep were chosen to determine the hydroxyproline content in different period of pregnancy with chloramine-T colorimetry. Result] All serum hydroxyproline contents of cows and sheep were in a normal range.But serum hydroxyproline content of mid pregnancy sheep was obviously lower than not pregnant,before pregnancy and later pregnancy(P<0.05). Serum hydroxyproline content of mid pregnancy sheep was slightly lower than not pregnant,before pregnancy,later pregnancy (P>0.05).Conclusion] Serum hydroxyproline content of cows and sheep showed a declining trend in mid pregnancy.
