摘    要:在车辆无级变速器(CVT)产品开发过程中,应用前向仿真可以真实地模拟实际汽车行驶工况.建立装备CVT的整车前向模型,通过仿真过程分析,调整CVT产品结构参数,提高了仿真结果的可信度和精度,实现了对CVT控制策略的设计,缩短了CVT产品工程开发的时间和费用,仿真分析与实车实验结果对比分析表明所建模型有较高的准确性,可应用于CVT产品开发.

Abstract:Forward simulation approach can simulate vehicle with accuracy according to actual situations.With this method,simulation on CVT vehicle is conducted to get performance evaluation.By analysis of simulation results,and by adjustment of performance parameters,the credibility and accuracy of simulation are increased,the design of control strategy is realized,and the design period and cost are reduced.Comparing with the road test report,the simulation gives good predictions for the CVT vehicle.
