摘    要:秋季喂饲~(14)CO_2,翌年生长初期矮砧红星苹果幼树地上部和根系间~(14)C 同化物质含量差距大于乔砧树.矮砧树砧穗组织构造差异较大,对~(14)C 同化物质有较大的滞阻作用.生长初期限制根系内贮藏的~(14)C 同化物质上运,从而抑制了地上部的营养生长.

Abstract:The young trees of Starking Delicious were fed with ~(14)C in autumn,and ~(14)C distributionin the following year was studied.The results showed that the difference between the ~(14)Ccontents in above ground part and root of the tree grafted on dwarfing rootstock at emer-gence stage,was greater when compared with trees on standard stock.The anatomy struc-ture difference between stock and scien was greater in dwarfing combination than in the stan-dard trees.The moving up of the ~(14)C assimilates was retarded due to function of tree ondwarfing rootstock,leading to the inhibition of the vegetative growth in the early season.
