| 摘 要： | 秋葵是兼药用与观赏于一体的多功能植物,原产于非洲,20世纪初由印度引入我国。为促进黑龙江省秋葵的开发与利用,介绍了秋葵的基本特性及化学成分,进一步分析了其在食品工业、药品行业和观赏植物方面的开发利用情况。

| Abstract: | Okra(Abelmoschus esculentus L.) is multifunctional with medicinal and ornamental plants,originated in Africa,and introduced into China from Indian at the beginning of the 20th century.In order to promte the development and utilization of okra,the basic characteristics and chemical composition of okra were introduced.The development and utilization of food industry,pharmaceutical industry and ornamental plants were analyzed. |
