| 摘 要： | 测定了固始鸡与安卡鸡杂交后自交F2代500多个个体的0,2,4,6,8,10,12周龄体重,检测10个微卫星DNA标记,对标记基因型生长性状值进行方差分析和多重比较。结果表明:对于2,8,12周龄体重,MCW166各基因型间有显著差异(P<0.05);6周龄体重,MCW166各基因型间有极显著差异(P<0.01);对于2周龄体重,ADL169各基因型间有极显著差异(P<0.01),4,6,8周龄体重,ADL169各基因型间有显著差异(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | In the present study,the body weights at birth,2,4,6,8,10 and 12-week of more than 500 F2 chickens derived from the self-hybrid of gushi chicken with anka chicken were tested,respectively.Simultaneously,ten microsatellite DNA markers were determined and the values of growth traits marked by different genotypes were calculated by using the methods of variance analysis and multiple comparison.The results showed that the differences among each genotype of MCW166 are significant at 2,8,12-week and most significant at 6-week.For each genotype of ADL169,the differences at 4,6,8-week are significant while that at 6-week are most significant. |
