周山森林公园土壤及土壤微生物碳、氮、磷生态化学计量关系

摘    要:土壤及土壤微生物量(SMB)、碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)元素的生态化学计量关系是土壤生态系统的重要特征之一。研究城市森林公园林分土壤及土壤微生物碳、氮、磷生态化学计量特征,对完善生态化学计量学理论具有重要意义。按典型性与随机性的原则,在洛阳市区周山森林公园雪松、侧柏、刺槐、银杏和混交林等林分中确定125个取样点,测定样点0~20 cm层内土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷含量和土壤微生物碳、氮和磷元素含量。结果表明,周山森林公园土壤和土壤微生物C∶N∶P原子比分别为125.7∶10.5∶1和76.7∶5.8∶1;土壤和SMB原子间的C∶N、C∶P、N∶P比值差异显著,土壤和SMB C∶N、N∶P比值间的相关性均不显著(p>0.05),但C∶P相关性极为显著(p<0.001);所有林分C∶P相关性均显著(p<0.05)。土壤与土壤微生物C∶N∶P化学计量关系可能暗示了陆地生态系统SMB中碳、氮、磷元素的弱稳态机制。

Abstract:The ecological stoichiometry of carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)elements in soil and soil microbial biomass(SMB)may be one of the important characteristics of soil ecosystems.Elaborating the ecological stoichiometry in urban forest parks is of great significance for improving the theory of ecological chemometrics.This study had 125 soil samples collected at a depth of 0-20 cm from five types of forest types such as cedar,oriental arborvitae,Robinia pseucdoacacia,Ginkgo biloba,mixed broadleaf-conifer in Zhoushan Forest Park of Luoyang City,and soil organic C,total soil N and total soil P contents as well as SMB C,SMB N and SMB P,were analyzed.The result showed that on average,atomic C∶N∶P ratios of them are 125.7∶10.5∶1in soil and 76.7∶5.8∶1 in SMB for Zhoushanforest park.The differences of atomic ratios of C∶N,C∶P and N:P in soil and SMB atoms were all significant;a significant correlation(p<0.001)was found between the soil and SMB C∶P ratios in the entire data set;however,the correlation for the comparable C∶N and N∶P ratios was not significant whereas their ratio difference of C∶P were significant(p<0.001).The tendency of C∶N∶P stoichiometric relationship existed between microbes and the soil environment,which might suggest possible non-homeostasis of elemental stoichiometry in the SMB of the terrestrial ecosystems in urban forest park.
