蛇床子素对小菜蛾幼虫的胃毒作用及对虫体内两种酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用生物测定和酶活力测定方法,研究了蛇床子素对敏感品系小菜蛾Plutella xylostellaL.的胃毒作用及其对小菜蛾幼虫体内谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的影响。结果表明:蛇床子素对小菜蛾幼虫具有一定的胃毒作用。2 mg/mL的蛇床子素处理萝卜苗叶片后饲喂小菜蛾幼虫12 h校正死亡率为37%,72 h时后小菜蛾幼虫的校正死亡率为93%。处理24 h时,LC50为1 521.25 mg/mL,处理48 h时,LC50为865.93 mg/mL。处理72 h时,LC50为515.5 mg/mL。不同浓度蛇床子素和不同时间处理小菜蛾幼虫后,幼虫体内的谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶活力均产生了消长变化。经125×10-3mg/mL蛇床子素处理16 h时,小菜蛾体内的GSTs活力最高为209.15 U.mg-1prot.min-1。经125×10-3mg/mL蛇床子素处理4 h时,小菜蛾体内的AchE酶活力最高,为0.648 1 U.mg-1prot.min-1。各处理在24 h时,小菜蛾体内的GSTs活力和AchE酶活力均有明显的降低。说明蛇床子素对小菜蛾幼虫体内的谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶活力重要的影响。

Abstract:Stomach action of osthole to 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella and its effects on activities of glutathione-S-transferase(GSTs)and acetylesterase(AChE) were studied in the laboratory.The results showed that the osthole had stomach action on the Plutella xylostella larvae.At a concentration of 2 mg/mL,the corrected mortality of the larvae was 37% at 12 h after osthole application,while the corrected mortality of larvae was 93% at 72 h.The LC50 for the 3rd instar larvae was 1 521.25 mg/mL,865.93 mg/mL and 1 521.25 mg/mL at 24 h,48 h,and 72 h,respectively.The activities of GSTs and AChE of larvae changed with concentrations modification of osthole,the highest GSTs activity of larvae treated with the dosage of 125×10-3 mg/mL of osthole was 209.15 U·mg-1prot min-1 at 12 h,while the highest AChE activities was 0.648 1 U·mg-1 prot·min-1at 4 h.While the GSTs and AChE activities decreased significantly at 24 h.These results suggested osthole could influence GSTs and AChE activities of Plutella xylostella larvae.
