| 摘 要： | 研究比较了常规和改进CTAB法在苹果基因组DNA提取中的效果。结果表明,改进的CTAB法优于常规方法,且省时、省料,基因组DNA能被限制性内切酶完全消化,用苹果自交不亲和基因的通用引物可以扩增出相应品种的特异性条带。 |

| Abstract: | The effects for extracting genomic DNA by the methods of regular and improved CTAB were studied with apple.The results show that the improved CTB method was better than that of the regular CTAB method.At the same time,it saved time and materials.Genomic DNA can be digestion susceptible with restriction endonuclease and can be amplificated specific lane with primer of self-incompatibility gene of apple. |
