摘    要:以普通油茶花粉为试材,运用琼脂培养基萌发法研究NCO(NH2)2]、P(KH2PO4)、K(KCl)、B(H3BO3)、Ca(CaCl2)、Mo(Na2Mo4)、Zn(ZnSO4)、Mg(MgCl2)等8种不同元素及其组合对油茶花粉萌发率的影响.结果表明,在单因素试验条件下,CaCl2、Na2Mo4、ZnSO4、KCl对油茶花粉萌发具有抑制作用,其中以ZnSO4的抑制作用最为明显;CO(NH2)2、KH2PO4、H3BO3、MgCl2对油茶花粉萌发具有明显的促进作用,4种元素最适宜浓度:CO(NH2)2为0.10-0.15 g.L-1;KH2PO4为0.05-0.10 g.L-1;H3BO3为0.10 g.L-1;MgCl2为0.05 g.L-1.正交试验结果表明,4种元素配合使用极显著地提高花粉萌发率,其中以0.15 g.L-1CO(NH2)2+0.15 g.L-1H3BO3+0.05 g.L-1MgCl2+0.05 g.L-1KH2PO4处理的效果最好,其花粉萌发率为90.51%,比CK提高了46.79%.

Abstract:By using Camellia oleifera′s pollen as the material,the influence of 8 nutrient elements on germination percentage was studied by tissue culture in vitro,The result was as follows: the pollen germination was inhibited by CaCl2,Na2Mo4,ZnSO4 and KCl,especially by ZnSO4,while it was enhanced by CO(NH2)2,KH2PO4,H3BO3 and MgCl2,the optimum concentrations which raised pollen germination percentage were 0.1-0.15 g·L-1,0.1 g·L-1,0.05 g·L-1,0.05-0.10 g·L-1 respectively.The combination of 0.15 g·L-1 CO(NH2)2+0.15 g·L-1 H3BO3+0.05 g·L-1 MgCl2+0.05 g·L-1 KH2PO4 gave the best result,where the pollen germination percentage was 90.51%,which was 46.79% higher than CK.
