| 摘 要： | 成熟的IT技术为开展农产品网上交易奠定了技术基础.电子商务是在Internet开放的网络环境下,基于浏览器服务器的应用方式,实现消费者的网上购物、企业之间的网上交易和在线电子支付的一种新型的交易方式.电子商务的目的在于减少信息社会的商业中间环节,缩短周期,降低成本,提高经营效率,提高服务质量使企业有效地参与竞争.为此,通过聚合农产品买卖双方和为买卖双方进行交易匹配获得市场增值.同时,从价值创造与价值转移的角度解剖了电子商务市场发展的基本动力和演变结构,为农产品的价值创造与价值转移提供了参考依据.

| Abstract: | Developed IT technology formed technical foundation for agricultural products transactions online. Internet E-commerce is an open network environment, use application server and browser, realize consumers online shopping, online transactions and a new type of electronic payment. E-commerce is aimed at reducing the internal commercial links, shortening cycle and lower costs, improve operational efficiency, improve the quality of services to enable enterprises to participate in international competition. It can aggregate buyers and sellers to conduct transactions and match buyers and sellers of agricultural products to gain market value. Value creation and transfer of value from the perspective of e-commerce market anatomic structure and evolution of the basic driving force of development. |
