玉米秸秆酸解产糖影响因素研究

摘    要:目的]考察影响玉米秸秆稀酸水解产糖的主要因素,为进一步提高玉米秸秆利用率提供参考。方法]通过单因素和正交设计试验分别考察稀酸浓度(稀H2SO4)、酸解温度、固液比、酸解时间对玉米秸秆酸解产糖得率的影响。结果]酸解温度、酸解时间、稀酸浓度、固液比对酸解产糖得率均有影响,影响大小顺序依次为酸解温度〉稀酸浓度〉酸解时间〉固液比。正交试验结果表明,最适酸解条件为酸解温度120℃,稀酸浓度1.5%,酸解时间60min,固液比7.5%,在该试验条件下还原糖得率为29.64%。结论]此研究为进一步提高玉米秸秆利用率和转化率提供重要的理论依据和借鉴意义。

Investigation of the Factor Influencing the Yield of Sugar Produced from Corn Stalk with the Method of Acidolysis

Abstract:Objective] The reference for the further improvement of the utilization of corn stalk was provided through the investigation of the impact of the aciddolysis technique on the sugar-producing from corn stalk.Method] The influence of the concentration of sulfuric acid(H2SO4),aciddolysis temperature and time,rate of corn stalk to solution on the yield of the sugar from corn stalk was measured through the orthogonal design of single factor.Results] The experimental results showed that all those factors affected yield of the sugar from corn stalk and the order of the factor affecting its yield was the aciddolysis temperature > the concentration of the dilute sulfuric acid > the aciddolysis time > the rate of corn stalk to solution.The best condition of aciddolysis treatment was as follows:the aciddolysis temperature was 120 ℃;the concentration of sulfuric acid,1.5%;the aciddolysis time,60 minutes and the rate of corn stalk to solution,7.5%;under which,the rate of reducing sugar formation was 29.64%.Conclusion] The important theoretical basis and learn in the further study on the improvement of the utilization and conversion of corn stalk was provided.
