活性炭对酥梨汁色素的吸附研究

摘    要:比较研究了2种活性炭对酥梨汁色素的吸附特性,在15~60℃、不同料液比下,对酥梨汁色素在活性炭上的吸附进行了动力学研究,并对色素含量(A420)、pH值、可溶性固形物等指标进行检测。结果表明,2种活性炭的吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型,但不符合Langmuir模型,它对色素的吸附可能是多分子层的。活性炭的吸附处理降低了色素含量、pH值,对可溶性固形物无影响。

Study on the Adsorption of Dark Colored Compounds from Pear Juice by Activated Carbon

Abstract:The absorption performances of two kinds of activated carbons for dark colored compounds from pear juice were investigated.The kinetics of adsorption was studied at different activated carbon concentrations for the temperature range of 15~60 ℃ ,and dark colored compounds (A420),soluble solids content and pH value were analyzed.The results showed that for equilibrium adsorption curves,the adsorption data fitted well to Freundlich models,but not fitted Langmuir models,which indicated that it may be polymolecular layer absorption.The adsorption treatment improved A420,and pH value decreased while soluble solids kept unchange.
