摘    要:研制了一种4kW便携式高频软开关智能蓄电池充电器,主电路采用零电压/零电流开关全桥PWM逆变器,移相式开关电源专用芯片UC3875作为电压/电流调节器,单片处理机89C51作为智能控制器实现充电方式的自动切换控制。对硬件电路的构成及单片机控制软件进行了设计,同时给出了充电器的主电路实验波形。实际应用表明,该充电器具有根据充电过程自动调整控制结构参数以及故障自诊断等智能功能,可以实现充电过程的无人值守,具有良好的性能。

Abstract:This paper introduces a newly developed intelligent portable battery charger with 4 kW high frequency soft switching circuit. The main circuit of the charger is a zero voltage and zero current switching full bridge PWM converter. A phase shift resonant controller UC3875 is used as a voltage and current regulator. A single chip microcomputer 89C51 is used as an intelligent controller to change operation model automatically. In the paper, the composition of the hardware and its operation principle are given, and the application of UC3875 in this charger is introduced in detail. The operation model and the software in single chip microcomputer 89C51 are also presented. Finally, the experimental waveform of the main circuit is given. The result proves that the charger is able to auto adjust control structure and parameters according to charging process, and can diagnose self fault and realize human free duty during charging process.
