摘    要:目的]探索高温如何影响棉蚜 Aphis gossypii Glover种群.方法]室内研究不同温度(32、34、36、38、40和42℃;高温处理8 h)对棉蚜存活率的影响.结果]棉蚜存活率随着温度的升高而降低;32、34和36℃对棉蚜存活率的影响没有差异,38℃棉蚜存活率显著降低;40和42℃棉蚜存活率接近零.相同处理时间条件下,棉蚜半数致死温度随着处理时间的延长而降低.结论]棉蚜半数致死温度平均为38.3℃,为新疆棉蚜的预测与防治提供了依据.

Abstract:【Objective and Method】The experiments were conducted to assess the effects of high temperatures(32,34,36,38,40and 42℃),period of exposure(8 h) on survival rate of Aphis gossypii.【Result】The results showed that the survival rate of cotton Aphid decreased with increase of the temperature.There were no significant differences of the survival rate of Aphis gossypii between 32℃and 36℃,but the survival rate of Aphis gossypii decreased rapidly at 38℃.The survival rate of Aphis gossypii decreased to zero quickly at 40℃ and 42℃.The LT50 of cotton aphids decreased with prolonging of expouring period.【Conclusion】The results showed that the LT50 of cotton aphid is 38.3℃,which provided basis for the prediction and control of cotton aphid.
