| 摘 要： | 目的]对新疆蓝刺头的特征化学成分进行初步研究,以期初步推断新疆蓝刺头中含有的特征性化学成分,以及初步确定抗肿瘤活性成分噻吩类化合物部位归属.方法]通过多种指示剂和显色剂颜色反应对新疆蓝刺头全草的乙醇、石油醚提取液进行研究.结果]新疆蓝刺头含有噻吩类、黄酮类、三萜类等特征化学成分.结论]新疆蓝刺头含有多种活性成分,包括具有抗肿瘤活性的噻吩类化合物,为新疆蓝刺头的进一步研究以及民间与临床应用提供科学的参考价值.

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To study the characteristic chemical constitutions of Echinops ritro L.Preliminarily infer the characteristic chemical constitutions of Echinops ritro L.Preliminarily determine the fractions which contain antitumor thiophenes.【Method】Mixture for E.ritro L.were extracted from ethanol and petroleum ether were primarily demonstrated by pre-cipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicators.The characteristic chemical compositions of Echinops ritro L were preliminarily inferred.【Result】E.ritro L.possibly contains chemical constituents including thiophenes,flavones,triterpene compounds etc.【Conclusion】It showed that E.ritro L.,with multiple active compounds including the anticancer components have reference value for development of clinical practice of Chinese medicine. |
