微生物菌剂处理全株玉米青贮及花生秧添加对小尾寒羊生长性能及养分消化率的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究微生物菌剂处理制作全株玉米青贮和花生秧添加对小尾寒羊生长性能及养分消化率的影响。试验采用2×2析因试验设计,两因素是青贮处理(NFK和ZKY菌剂青贮)、花生秧添加水平(0和17.5%)。选用3月龄、初始体重(21.38±1.26)kg的小尾寒羊公羊80只,随机分成4组,每组5个圈栏,每圈栏4只羊。结果表明:与ZKY青贮组相比,NFK青贮组干物质采食量(DMI)有升高趋势(P=0.062),羊只净收益提高了2.1%~13.3%;随着花生秧的添加,DMI显著提高(P0.05),耗料增重比(F/G)有升高趋势(P=0.064),粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)消化率显著降低(P0.05),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)消化率有提高趋势(P=0.094)。综上所述,NFK青贮对小尾寒羊饲喂效果(尤其是增重及经济效益)优于ZKY青贮;添加花生秧在一定范围内可增加羊只增重收益,考虑到饲料成本、饲料转化效率及经济效益,建议当日粮添加花生秧时选择NFK菌剂处理青贮,反之选择ZKY菌剂。

Effects of Different Microbial Inoculants and Peanut Vine Addition in Whole-plant Corn Silage Based Total Mixed Rations on Growth Performance and Nutrient Digestibility of Small-tailed Han Sheep

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of whole-plant corn silage treated with different microbial inoculants and peanut vine addition in total mixed rations on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of small-tailed Han sheep. A 2×2 factorial experiment design was applied with two silages with different microbial inoculants(NFK vs ZKY), and each corn silage based total mixed ration was prepared with and without supplementation of 17.5% peanut vine. Eighty male sheep aged 3 months with similar initial body weight(21.00±1.00 kg) were randomly assigned to four treatments, each treatment had 5 pens, with 4 sheep in each pen. Dry matter intake(DMI) in the NFK silage group in comparison with ZKY silage group tended to be increased(P=0.062), and the net income of the sheep increased by 2.1%~13.3%. The addition of peanut vine increased DMI significantly(P<0.05) and tended to increase the feed to gain ratio(P=0.064). The addition of 17.5% peanut vine decreased apparent digestibilities of crude protein and ether extract in whole digestive tract significantly(P<0.05) and tended to increase neutral detergent fiber digestibility(P=0.094). In conclusion, the NFK treated silage was better than ZKY silage in term of growth performance and economic income. Economic benefits of sheep weight gain could be increased by adding peanut in a certain range. Considering feed cost, feed conversion efficiency and economic benefit, peanut vine is suggested to be added in the NFK treated silage instead of the ZKY treated silage in total mixed rations of sheep.
