摘    要:目的]探讨植烟土壤轮作对土壤养分和烟叶主要化学成分的影响。方法]采用在不同轮作年限植烟土壤上种植烤烟,取土壤和烟叶样品分析土壤养分和烟叶主要化学成分,对其结果进行对比分析。结果]连作烟地比两年轮作烟地的土壤有机质相对下降,稻田为-4.65g/kg、旱地为-12.37g/kg,分别降低12.01%、38.25%;其土壤有效钾相对上升,分别为61.40mg/kg、28.51mg/kg,分别升高84.87%、32.43%。连作烟地烟叶的主要化学成分变化是其上中下3个部位烟叶烟碱分别上升0.54、1.26、0.32个百分点,还原糖降低2.29、5.66、1.40个百分点。结论]种植烤烟连作情况下,土壤有机质呈下降趋势和有效钾的显著增加;轮作对烟叶主要化学成分的影响有较高的一致性,其最大的特点是连作条件下烟碱、总氮上升,而总糖和还原糖下降;以烟碱上升和糖下降较为明显。

Effect of Rotation on Nutrients of Tobacco-Growing Soil and Chemical Composition of Tobacco Leaves

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the effects of rotation on nutrients of tobacco-growing soil and chemical composition of tobacco leaves.Method] Cured tobaccos were planted in soil with different years of rotation.Soil samples and tobacco leaves were collected,and soil nutrients and chemical composition of tobacco leaves were analyzed.Result] Compared with continuous cropping tobacco-growing soil,the organic matter content in tobacco-growing soil with two-year rotation declined relatively.The organic matter content of paddy field and dry land was-4.65(decreased by 12.01%)and-12.37 g/kg(decreased by 38.25%),respectively.Soil available potassium increased relatively.The available potassium content of paddy field and dry land was 61.40(increased by 84.87%)and 28.51 mg/kg(increased by 32.43%),respectively.Nicotine content in the tobacco leaves at upper,middle and lower parts increased by 0.54%,1.26% and 0.32%,respectively;and reducing sugar content decreased by 2.29%,5.66% and 1.40%,respectively.Conclusion] Under continuous cropping of cured tobaccos,the soil organic matter content declines and the available potassium content largely increases.Rotation also changes chemical composition of tobacco leaf,which is manifested by increased nicotine and total nitrogen content and decreased total sugar and reducing sugar.The increase in nicotine content and the decrease in reducing sugar are evident.
