| 摘 要： | 介绍了湖南省湿地资源现状,从资源经济学角度出发剖析了湖南省湿地资源产权管理制度存在的问题,并针对性地提出了湿地资源产权制度改革的路径。同时,建议进一步明晰湖南湿地资源资产产权,进行湿地资源价值评估,开展湿地资源资产核算等,以完善湖南湿地资源产权管理体制。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly reviewed the current situation of wetlands resources in Hunan Province. Subsequently the problems challenging management system of the property right of wetland resources were analyzed from the perspective of recourses economics. Accordingly a route to reform the property right system of the wetland resources was recommended. Furthermore, clear identification of property right of the wetland resources, valuing wetland resources, calculation of wet- land resources assets in Hunan Province were suggested to better establishing the management system of the property right of the wetland resources. |
