油茶叶绿素与可溶性蛋白含量年变化及对净光合速率的影响

摘    要:以油茶品种XL67、XL1、CK为试材,对其叶绿素含量与可溶性蛋白含量年变化规律及对净光合速率的影响进行了研究。结果表明:3个品种叶绿素总量年变化趋势为:XL67XL1CK,3个品种叶绿素a/b的总体变化趋势为:XL67CKXL1。3个品种可溶蛋白含量年均值变化趋势为:CKXL1XL67。净光合速率与chla、chlb及chlt均存在极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.950、0.888、0.963;与可溶蛋白含量相关性不大。

Abstract:Annual variation of chlorophyll content and soluble protein content and their impact on net photosynthetic rate were studied with Camellia oleifera varieties XL67,XL1 and CK. The results showed that,the annual variation of chlorophyll content of three varieties was XL67 > XL1 > CK,while annual variation of chlorophyll a / b of three varieties was XL67 > CK > XL1. The annual variation of the average soluble protein content of three varieties was CK > XL1 > XL67. There were highly significantly positive correlation between Pn and chla,chlb and chlt,and the correlation coefficient were 0. 950,0. 888,0. 963 respectively. There was no significantly correlation between Pn and soluble protein content.
