摘 要: | 目的建立人参中二氧化硫残留量的检测方法。方法采用标准曲线和加样回收的方法,建立用紫外分光光度法测定人参中二氧化硫的残留量的检测方法。结果 SO2标准品在0~10mg范围内,与吸收呈线性相关,r2=0.9907;平均加样回收率为75%,RSD=8.5%;。结论本方法可以用于人参中二氧化硫残留的检测。

Abstract: | Objective to establish the determination method of sulfur dioxide in ginseng. Method : with linear relativity and recovery test , the method was set up by using the UV detection spectrophootometry method for Determination of sulfur dioxide residues in ginseng. Result: in the range of 0.0-0.10mg,there is a linear relationship with absorbance, r^2=0.9907, and recovery rate is 75%,RSD:8.5%. Conclusion: the method can be used for determination of sulfur dioxide residues in ginseng. |
