早期断奶对巴音布鲁克羊羔羊应激和免疫的影响

摘    要:目的]在40日龄和60日龄对巴音布鲁克羊实施早期断奶,饲喂不同粗蛋白水平(CP=20;、22;)代乳料,测定实验羔羊血清中免疫类指标,研究早期断奶对巴音布鲁克羊羔羊的应激反应及免疫影响.方法]试验分为4个试验组(A组:40日龄断奶,饲喂CP=20;代乳料;B组:40日龄断奶,饲喂CP=22;代乳料;C组:60日龄断奶,饲喂CP=20;代乳料;D组:60日龄断奶,饲喂CP=22;代乳料)和对照组(自然条件下哺乳羔羊).测定了血清中免疫指标(TP、ALB、GLOB、IgA、IgM、IgG和Cp)以及反映绵羊应激状态的酶类指标(AST、ALT、ALP、LDH、CK、α-HBDH 和γ-GT).结果](1)血清TP、ALB、GLOB含量变化:试验组羔羊低于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05),B、C组ALB和 A/G值高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05).(2)免疫球蛋白含量,各试验组低于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05);铜蓝蛋白含量,B组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),A、C组高于对照组,D组低于对照组,差异均不显著(P>0.05).(3)血清酶类活性变化:血清中AST、α-HBDH、LDH活性,试验B、C、D组均高于对照组,A组低于对照组,差异均不显著(P>0.05);血清中CK活性,各试验组羔羊高于对照组,差异均不显著(P>0.05); ALP含量试验组羔羊高于对照组,其中D组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);γ-GT活性,各试验组均低于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05);ALT活性,A、C组低于对照组,B、C组高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05).反应试验组羔羊免疫状况的血清各类免疫球蛋白含量绝大多数低于对照组,而从反应机体应激酶类指标特别是ALT、CK、LDH活性均较对照组高,差异均不显著(P>0.05).结论]对40和60日龄巴音布鲁克羊羔实施早期断奶,对羔羊机体免疫造成不良影响,存在一定断奶应激, 但随着羔羊生长到90日龄时,机体免疫力逐渐恢复正常水平,未有显著差异.

Abstract:【Objective】Bayinbuluk Sheep Lamb was designed to be weaned 40 days and 60 days earlier than usual respectively,to be fed with crude protein by milk(CP=20%,22%) to aim at studying the effect of early weaning on immune system of lambs by measuring indicators of enzymes,antibody and special proteins in serum.【Method】There are four experiment groups(group A: weaning at 40 days,crude protein is 20%,group B :weaning at 40 days,crude protein is 22%,group C: weaning at 60 days,crude protein is 20%,group D: weaning at 60 days,crude protein is 22%)and control group(fed on ewe with milk).the indicators in serum measured include :immune indicators(TP,ALB,GLOB,IgA,IgM,IgG and Cp) and enzymes of weanling stress(AST,AL,ALP,LDH,CK,α-HBDH and γ-GT).【Result】(1)The content of TP,ALB and GLOB of experiment group are lower than that of control group(P>0.05),ALB and A/G(P>0.05) of group B&C are higher than that of control group.(2)The immune globulin of experiment groups are lower than that of control group(P>0.05);Cp of Group B is higher than that of control group(P<0.05),ALP content of both Group A&C are higher than that of control group,ALP content of group D is lower than that of control group(P>0.05).(3)In enzyme activity reflecting stress,AST,α-HBDH and LDH activity of group B,C and D are higher than that of control group(P>0.05);CK activity of experiment group are higher-than that of control group(P>0.05);ALP activity of experiment group are higher than that of control group,but Group D's significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);γ-GT activity of experiment group are lower than that of control group(P>0.05);ALT activity of group A and C are both lower than that of control group(P>0.05), Group B and C's are higher than that of control group(P>0.05).【Conclusion】To some extent,the indicators of immune globulin in serum are lower than that of control group,meanwhile,specially for ALT,CK and LDH in serum enzymes reflecting stress,their activities are higher than that of control group(P>0.05).The results showed that the early weaning had negative influence on immune system for Bayingbuluk lamb to wean at 40 days and 60 days,but when lambs growed at 90 days age,and the lambs immunity to normal,there were no significant differences.
