迟缓爱德华氏菌的粘附特性

摘    要:用绵羊红细胞对不同来源的15株迟缓爱德华氏菌作血凝试验。结果表明,15株ET均具有血凝性,且不能为甘露糖,蔗糖,葡萄糖所抑制。分别用甲醛,戊二醛,胰蛋白酶处理ET的模式菌株ET99菌体,能抑制细菌血凝。提纯的ET99菌株的鞭毛蛋白,外膜蛋白均无血凝性。同时用HEp-2细胞分析了15株ET的细胞粘附特性。结果表明,有10株ET能粘附HEp-2细胞、粘附菌数大于10CFU/细胞。分别用甲醛,戊二醛,胰

Abstract:Little information was available on the virulence mechanism of Edwardsiella tarda (ET). It was undetermined whether the bacterium initially adhered to its host and then established infection. The ability of ET adhesion was investigated in this paper. All of the tested 15 ET strains expressed mannose resistant hemagglutination (MRHA) against sheep erythrocytes. ET99 agglutinated erythrocytes which could not be inhibited by D mannose, sucrose or glucose. The hemagglutination of this bacterium were partially inhibited by trypsin, formaldehyde or glutaraldehyde. The adhesion of ET99 to HEp 2 cells were partially inhibited by pretreatment of ET99 or HEp 2 cell monolayers with trypsin, formaldehyde or glutaraldehyde. When ET99 was treated by hydrochloric acid, the amount of adhesive bacteria decreased. D mannose, sucrose or glucose could not inhibit ET99 adhesion, but purified flagellin of ET99 could do. It was suggested that the adhesin of ET was proteinaceous flagellum.
