| Abstract: | The flood disaster is the nature flood affecting human society's activity.In this article the research on the defended process of the disaster from the reservoir flood in 1995 and 2005 in Liaoning Province was conducted and the rule and question which in the reservoir flood prevention the dispatching process should be followed were summarized. |
