摘    要:【目的】探明广西北部地区高湿度、寡日照气候条件下,影响油桃果实中后期生长发育和品质形成的主要气象因子。【方法】以晚熟油桃中油7号为试材,于盛花后41 d(5月8日)至成熟(7月7日)期这段时间内,每10 d采集一次果实样品,进行理化分析。【结果】在盛花后61 d内果实质量、果实纵径、横径增长开始加速,横向增长幅度大于纵向生长;可溶性总糖含量及糖酸比下降,蔗糖含量逐渐增加,总酸含量呈先升后降趋势,在果实成熟后含量最小。【结论】降雨量、日照时数的多寡对果实大小的影响不大,但对蔗糖、可溶性总糖、可溶性固形物含量有较大的影响。

Abstract:【Objective】The study was conducted to investigate the major meteorological factors affecting fruit development and quality formation of nectarine in the weather condition of high humidity and less sunshine hours in the northern areas of Guangxi. 【Method】A late-maturing nectarine variety, Zhongyou 7 was tested in the experiment, nectarine fruit samples were collected every 10 days from 41 days after full bloom (8th, May) to fruit maturation (7th, July) for physico-chemical analysis. 【Result】The results indicated that the growth acceleration of fruit weight, longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter happened 61 days after full bloom. The content of sucrose increased gradually. However, the content of total soluble sugar and sugar-acid ratio decreased sharply at the same time. The content of total acid, which rose first and fell later, was the least at the fruit-maturity stage. 【Conclusion】Rainfall and sunshine hours had little to do with fruit size, but a lot to do with sucrose, total soluble sugar and total soluble solids (TSS).
