乙基多杀菌素对稻纵卷叶螟室内毒力测定及田间药效试验

摘    要:【目的】测定乙基多杀菌素对稻纵卷叶螟的室内毒力和田间防治效果,为生产上推广应用提供科学依据。【方法】在室内采用浸叶法测定乙基多杀菌素对稻纵卷叶螟的活性,计算毒力回归线、致死中浓度(LC50)及95%置信限、相关系数;田间试验设6%乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂13.5、18.0、22.5和27.0g/ha,对照药剂48%毒死蜱乳油720.0g/ha,空白对照共6个处理,药后15d调查卷叶数,计算卷叶率、防治效果。【结果】96.2%乙基多杀菌素原药对稻纵卷叶螟3龄幼虫具有较高的杀虫活性,其LC50为0.04327mg/L。田间试验结果表明,6%乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂有效成分用量13.5、18.0、22.5和27.0g/ha时对稻纵卷叶螟幼虫具有较好的防治效果,药后15d调查,2009年的防治效果分别为73.14%、75.18%、83.88%和85.79%,2010年分别为72.08%、77.43%、83.33%和86.64%。【结论】乙基多杀菌素对稻纵卷叶螟具有较好的毒力,田间对稻纵卷叶螟也具有较好的防治效果,对水稻和天敌安全,是目前防治稻纵卷叶螟的理想药剂。

Abstract:Objective ]The present study was conducted to test indoor toxicity and field efficacy of spinetoram against larvae of rice leaf roller (Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee ) , and provide scientific references for production application. Method ]Using leaf-dipping method, the activity of spinetoram against the 3rd instar larvae of rice leaf roller was tested indoor based on the calculated toxicity regression line, LC50, 95% confidence limit and relevant coefficient. In the field test, six treatments were designed including four kinds of 6% spinetoram suspension agent (13.5, 18.0, 22.5 and 27.0 g/ha), 48% Chlorpyrifos ,E.C (720.0 g/ha) and the blank control to investigate the number and rate of leaf roller as well as the control efficacy after 15 days of spraying. Result]The 96.2% spinetoram suspension agent had high activity against the 3rd instar larvae of rice leaf roller with the LCs0 of 0.04327mg/L. With 13.5, 18, 22.5 and 27g/ha of 6% spinetoram, the control efficacy was satisfactory, which was 72.08%, 77.43%, 83.33% and 86.64% after 15 days of application in 2010. Conclusion] The spinetoram had ideal indoor toxicity and field efficacy against larvae of rice leaf roller, and was safe to rice plants and beneficial insects, hence it should be applied and extended in production.
