摘    要:目的]探讨不同光照条件对新疆猪牙花花粉活力及柱头可授性的影响,以期为该物种的深入研究提供必要的参考依据.方法]设置两种光照条件(遮阳和自然光照),调查新疆猪牙花的开花参数;采用花粉培养法测定花粉活力;借助解剖镜观察柱头分泌粘液情况;利用联苯胺—过氧化氢法测定柱头可授性.结果]自然光照条件下新疆猪牙花开花较遮阳条件早8d,但花期较短;自然光照条件下群体花期为15d左右,而遮阳条件下群体花期能持续20d左右;遮阳条件下在开花后28 h时花粉活力最高为76.54%,自然光照条件下在开花后26 h时花粉活力最高为62.15%;经过遮阳处理的柱头在开花后26~32 h分泌较多粘液,自然光照条件下在开花后24~30 h柱头有较多的粘液分泌;遮阳条件下开花后26~30 h柱头具有最强可授性,而自然光照条件下可授性仅在开花后26 h最强.结论]对新疆猪牙花进行遮阳处理可以延长授粉时间和提高结实率,最终提高新疆猪牙花的产量.

Effects of different light conditions on pollen viability and stigma receptivity of Erythronium sibiricum

Abstract:Objective]Effects of different light conditions on pollen viability and stigma receptivity of Erythronium sibMcum were studied to provide references for further research on this species. Method ] By setting two kinds of light conditions (shading condition and illuminating condition), flowering parameters of Erythronium sibirieum were investigated. Pollen vitality was determined by anther culture method. Stigma secretion mucus was observed with the help of anatomical lens, and then the stigma receptivity was determined using benzidiue - hydrogen peroxide method. Result ]Etythronium sibiricum in the illuminating condition bloomed eight days earlier than in the shading condition, but the blooming period was five days shorter in the illuminating condition (15) than in the shading condition (20). In the shading condition,the pollen viability 28 hours after flowering (15) was the highest (76.540/o). In the illuminating condition, the pollen viability 26 hours after flowering was the highest (62.15%). In shading treatment, the stigma secreted more mucus 26-32 hours after flowering. In the illuminating condition, the stigma secreted more mucus 24-30 hours after flowering. In the shading con- dition, the receptivity of stigma was the strongest in the period of 26-30 hours, while in the illuminating condition, the receptivity of stigma was the strongest after 26 hours only. Conclusion]The shading condition can enhance the pollen of vitality Erythronium sibiricum and extend the time of stigma receptivity.
